We know that education is key to breaking the cycle of disadvantage and intergenerational poverty. This year we are joining with The Hellenic Initiative and The Hellenic Initiative Australia to bring together the Greek diaspora in support of our End of Year Appeal.

We are seeking your help to improve the educational outcomes of disadvantaged children in Greece.

Every child deserves an equal chance to thrive at school. Through the Education and Social centers overseen by SOS Children’s Villages Greece, we aim to empower parents facing financial or educational obstacles. These centers provide transformative opportunities for children, bridging gaps and fostering a positive environment for their growth and success. Each academic year, up to 2,000 children aged 8 to 17 from local communities, and up to 1,500 parents access the amazing support offered at the centres.
